From the Architect: “The task is situated in just an present 19th-century laneway building, and presents a collection of flexible stay/perform studio spaces for a consumer and their media and manufacturing corporation. The program aims included maximizing the allowable floor space on two flooring moreover mezzanine level, and giving different degrees of privacy and audio/visible control for studio areas. The site presents the possibility of spatial immediacy in just a richly textured and graphic urban natural environment.

“Experientially, the challenge refuses to completely reveal alone as a whole and alternatively relies on passage amongst and sights by way of a sequence of shifting levels to acquire a multiplicity of readings.
