A week on Ohau | Justina Blakeney

Check out from the Waimea Falls Park & Botanical Gardens
I just bought back again from a family vacation on Oahu with family. We used the 7 days on the beaches on the North Shore, hiking up wild hills, ingesting from foodstuff vehicles, actively playing game titles and decompressing. We even tried out surfing for the very first time. It was a incredibly mellow excursion and good to reconnect with character and expend some quality time with men and women that I appreciate. Down below, some snaps from our walks as a result of the Waimea Falls Park & Botanical Gardens and a lengthy hike we took.
I am a *quite* gradual hiker, and when I hike I delight in building regular stops to consider images, and go “foraging” for shades, shapes and designs that inspire my style operate. (You can find out far more about my ‘foraging’ observe in my ‘Jungalow: Embellish Wild’ guide 🙂
On this hike, I gathered some fallen foliage and things. When I received again to the hotel, I established a handful of collages that spotlight the diverse hues, designs, shapes and textures. The polka-dotted leaves are my favourite! They are spores on the leaves, which are reproductive constructions (sort of like seeds).
Of system, I had to #facethefoliage when I was at it…
